We will gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of the date of purchase. MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY TURQUOISE BUCKLE BOUTIQUE. If you do not have pre-authorization from TBB before you send your return back, you will not receive store credit for those items.
Gift cards, jewelry, sunglasses, hats, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, tank tops, slips, tights, socks, swimwear, Final Sale, Clearance, Last Chance Sale items are all final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned for store credit.
If any returns do not meet the following requirements, you will be contacted and you will need to pay for the items to be returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
How should I send my return back?
1) Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
2) Notify Turquoise Buckle Boutique via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your item(s). Please explain reason for return. Include pictures for any damages.
3) Please do not mail your return until you have received an Authorization number from Turquoise Buckle Boutique via email.
4) Once you have received your authorization number from TBB to return item(s):
Securely re-package your items and enclose a copy of your receipt. Include Authorization number.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
If your package arrives at Turquoise Buckle Returns Department within the 14-day timeline specified above, and your return is accepted, your store credit will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction took place.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders, we will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
